Vice President and Secretary of the Corporation

About the position
One of the Institute’s four corporate officers, the vice president and secretary of the Corporation bridges MIT’s senior administration and Institute governance. As the president’s chief of staff, she advises the president, coordinates efforts across the central administration, and oversees federal relations, the ombuds function, and Institute-level events, including Commencement. As secretary of the Corporation, she oversees the operations of MIT’s board of trustees and its committees.
