Dear students,

Last summer, we let you know that MIT would be hosting a film crew on campus. As you may be aware, the final title for the film has since been revealed as Marvel Studios “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which opened on November 11.

One screening of the film on campus will take place on Sunday, November 20, at 8:00 p.m. This event is geared for MIT students, so all attendees must be active MIT ID holders, and IDs will be checked at the door. Current undergraduate and graduate students with an active MIT ID can request one or two free tickets for the screening using the adMIT One ticketing service. If you are requesting two tickets, you will need to enter the Kerberos information for the second ticket.

Ticket reservations are first come, first served. In an effort to accommodate as many schedules as possible, the available tickets will be released in three batches on adMIT One over the following days:

• Tonight, November 14 at 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 15 at 10 a.m.
• Wednesday, November 16 at 4 p.m.

All tickets are general admission. The date you secure your ticket has no impact on seating at the screening.

Given the limited number of tickets available, if you receive a ticket and learn before Sunday, November 20 that you can no longer attend, please follow the instructions on the ticket confirmation email to return your ticket(s), which will allow another student the opportunity to attend. Tickets are non-transferable, so you will not be able to simply forward your ticket to another party. If necessary, there will also be a waitlist.
